All orders are generally processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days.
After processing, the items are handed over to our delivery partners for shipment to your address.
2. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Pricing: All shipping fees (if applicable for specific cases) are calculated in Indian Rupees (₹).
3. Delivery Timeline
Since cane furniture requires careful handling, delivery times may vary based on your location.
Dispatch Time: Products are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 2-4 business days.
Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6 to 12 working days, depending on your pin code and local courier operations.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and subject to factors like weather conditions, festivals, or courier operational delays.
4. How We Ship
We use trusted courier partners like DTDC, Blue Dart, and specialized heavy-cargo logistics to ensure your furniture reaches you safely.
Street Addresses Only: For security and logistics reasons, we ship to street addresses (home or office) only. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Signature Required: For high-value furniture items, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure an adult is available at the shipping address to receive the package.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email or SMS notification the day your order is shipped. This notification will include:
Confirmation of shipment.
A Tracking Number and a link to track your package.
Tip: Sometimes, confirmation emails may land in your ‘SPAM’ or ‘Junk’ folder. Please check there if you don’t see it in your inbox.
6. What if my order doesn’t get delivered?
Our courier partners will typically make three attempts to deliver your package.
If they cannot deliver the product (due to a locked house or incorrect address), the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, a refund will be credited to your account (for prepaid orders), or you can contact us to arrange re-shipping.
7. Order Cancellation
We strive to ship orders as fast as possible. If you change your mind, please contact us immediately.
Before Shipment: If you contact us before the item has been shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.
After Shipment: If the order is already in transit, we may not be able to stop the delivery. In such cases, cancellation policies may vary.
