Processing Your Order

Once we get your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your products ASAP! All FuturePoint orders are processed within one to two business days, and then shipped to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping..

All shipping fees are in Rupee(RS).

Shipping your Order

Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information, but only if needed.

Of course rings and customized orders (e.g. Designer or specialty items) may require additional processing time due to ring sizing and other personalization requirements. We just want to make sure we get your order perfect.

For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can’t be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

For security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

You’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

In the event that your order can’t be shipped, we’ll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up. Your order will be shipped via leading courier companies like DTDC, Blue Dart.

What is the price for the shipping?

For prepaid orders, there are no shipping charges.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

An order placed from within the country is normally shipped within 4-7 business days. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19, the shipping of your orders could be delayed. Post shipping the normal delivery time is 6-12 working days. We appreciate your patience. This timeline is subject to change due to both external and internal factors.

What if my order doesn’t get delivered?

Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product, then a refund shall be credited to your account & further you can place an order with us again.

Tracking Your Order

Of course, you’ll want to know when your products is going to arrive on your doorstep so you can plan your weekend outfit accordingly. That’s why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient’s doorstep. Please be advised that depending on your inbox’s security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your ‘SPAM’ or ‘Junk’ mail inbox periodically.

Order Cancellation

We promise we’ll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our Customer Service Department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can’t change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun.
